We are pleased to announce the execution of an evaluation and commercial use agreement with UK-based pre-clinical screening provider ScreenIn3D.

Under this agreement, we will provide Patient Derived Cells for integration into Screenin3D’s cutting-edge UpScale3D lab-on-a-chip technology and advanced image analysis software.

The initial focus will be establishing three Triple Negative Breast Cancer in-vitro 3D tumour models, which will then be offered for commercial services by Screenin3D and Inaphaea. Commercial use will trigger an annual payment of £10,000 for each Patient Derived Cell (PDC) model (with an option to buy out for £30,000). This license model is distinct to Inaphaea’s Assay Ready Reagent product line and can be extended to our full range of 478 PDCs.
 
The models will also be used to evaluate the Cytolytix peptide and a range of standard of care drugs with the data generated being used to promote the utility of the models to customers.
